Independent Psychological Assessments for Surrogacy Applications
Surrogacy laws have significantly changed with the introduction of new legislation in many States. As all surrogacy arrangements must be approved by an independent body (e.g., the Patient Review Panel in Victoria), couples wanting to submit an application for surrogacy must undertake an Independent Psychological Assessment.
